We stock the starter inventory for you. We build a small line item into your rate for the first few months, and once that's paid down, your rate drops back to normal. You get the buffer with basically no upfront cash out of your pocket.
If you'd rather not spread the cost out, we can just do a one-time setup fee to cover the initial par stock, and then your ongoing rate is exactly what it'd normally be, no markup baked in later.
If you or your property manager already have spare linens sitting in a closet somewhere doing nothing, we just take custody of those and manage the rotation for you, no new cost at all.
